There weren't too many surprises last night. I am pretty sure that everyone with the exception of Tatiana was resigned to who was going through as well. The group number was a little awkward, but at least it sounded like they were in tune and having fun. I did enjoy seeing my hot little Aussie, Michael Johns again, although the song didn't do much for me. I guess it was important to shamelessly plug the new Idol Experience at Disney, so who better to help them do that but Michael and Carly from Season 7?
Idol sure knows how to drag things out for contestants and audiences alike. The best comment of the night was when Ryan asked Danny how he was doing and he said "I would just like to know". Tatiana looked pretty unstable from start to finish. Like she was going to suffer a nervous collapse. After she heard that she wasn't moving forward she was getting some pretty awkward hugs from the other 11. Like they really didn't mean it.
I think Michael making it over Anoop or Anne Marie is not the way it should have happened, but I suppose not a huge surprise. I predict Anne Marie or Anoop Desai as the wild card.
